Really basic
Location Newly Decorated
Breakfast choice is really, really basic and limited choice. No hot food. Bread/croissants/mini muffins were dry. Fruit soft and bad. There are not enough tables in the seating area for guests to sit and have breakfast. You felt rushed and couldn't relax because people had to stand to eat. Our room was really small for 3 adults. There is no space between beds. Our room window wouldn't open. Not much storage for your clothes. The bathroom door didn't shut properly, and the door was seen through glass.

What was the highlight of Prince William Hotel
Pleasant, Comfy and value for money
Staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was basic,but comfortable. The shower had good pressure and temperature. There was space to hang my clothes and relax watching TV. Breakfast was delicious. Selection of fruit, yoghurt, cereal, toast, boiled eggs and jams/spreads. Checking in and out was quick and easy. It was a short walk to Paddington train station. There were lots of restaurants and grocery shops nearby to have dinner and prepare for lunch.
Only criticism is there was no mirror in the main part of the room, to use hairdryer or straighteners as there are no plugs in the bathroom.

Bedroom was far too small and very claustropobic!
Staff were friendly - breakfast was okay - alot of choice.
The bedroom was so small you couldn't even get round the bed!

The staff was nice enoughf to give us another room becaues the 1st was extrymly warm and had no AC. The 2nd room Was nice but bed was small
